| Our shelter has many active pets who need good loving homes. We are currently offering a reduced price on neutering services, rabies shots, and a new pet health exam for all animals adopted through the shelter. | Adopting a pet on the spur of the moment not always a good idea. In fact, some shelters don't allow adoptions at certain holiday times. Make sure you and your family is ready for a lifetime commitment to a pet before you visit your local Humane Society Shelter to find that perfect dog, cat, puppy, or kitten. | If you have lost a pet, please call our phone number above. Remember to tag all your pets with your name & phone number. Please have all your pets (male & female) neutered. | Medicines intended for human use can be deadly to pets. Always keep prescription and over-the-counter drugs in an area that pets cannot access. Consult your veterinarian before giving your pet any medicine not prescribed by a veterinarian specifically for that pet! Also, discard antifreeze properly... dogs love the taste, but a small amount can be deadly! |

This puppy is moments away from death. An injection of sodium pentobarbital will be the last thing he ever feels. He was left at an Atlanta shelter by a person who was ''too busy'' to care for him. |
